Are the lights waterproof/weather resistant?

Technically, our lights are a high level of water resistance. The lights themselves, when not in the track, have a water resistance rating called IP65. In the track, this rating is significantly improved, although all that is needed is just the IP65 rating. Your tracks and lights can be pressure washed and cleaned without concern.

Are permanent LED lights safe and energy-efficient?

Yes. Our LED lights are low-voltage, waterproof, and UV-resistant, making them safe for year-round outdoor use. They’re also energy-efficient, consuming far less electricity than traditional lighting, and are maintenance-free.

Are the lights designed for extreme temperatures?

Absolutely! Every light and connection boasts an IP65 Waterproof rating and can function within a temperature range from -40°C to [INSERT MAX TEMP]°C and beyond. All connections and wires are UV rated to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight, although they’re installed beneath the roofline, minimizing such exposure. The track, crafted from durable aluminum, mirrors the material of your gutters, ensuring longevity without rusting or degradation.

Are the lights certified and approved for use in Canada?

Absolutely! Our lights and all of the other components we use are cUL certified. Many low-voltage lighting companies mistakenly believe that they don’t require proper approvals for low-voltage lighting. This is incorrect, and as a consumer, it’s crucial to ensure that the product you’re purchasing is duly approved. Look for our cUL stamp of approval on our products for your peace of mind.
